"Why is the FM9 different?"

For unknown reasons, the FM9 (and AXE FX III rear exp. inputs) are the only Fractal products that do not accept a stereo/TRS connection for external switches. This means you can use one switch per Fractal input, and you can use a maximum of 3 external switches with the FM9. Connects with 2 TS (mono) cables. 

New for 2024 is the V2 with side vents to allow for airflow when placed right next to your FM9, and a new matching color.
